Terms of Use
1. Who provides MobilePulse
MobilePulse is published by CNC Balance ("we," "us," "our"). MobilePulse is part of the Shade family of products.
2. What MobilePulse does
MobilePulse is a read-only utility that reads platform-exposed device signals (charging, battery, network, storage) on the device where it is installed and presents them with careful interpretation. It is not antivirus, not a cleaner, not a booster, not remote-control software, and not enterprise device management.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MobilePulse on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and to the rules of the app store you obtained the app from.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
- Rent, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the app.
- Use the app to violate any law, infringe any right of any third party, or interfere with the security or operation of any device or network.
5. Signals are interpretive, not authoritative
MobilePulse indicates patterns and offers careful suggestions based on the signals the operating system exposes. It does not provide a guaranteed diagnosis. In particular, MobilePulse:
- Does not measure the exact watt rating of any charger, adapter, or cable.
- Does not confirm that any charger, cable, or component is faulty.
- Does not certify the health of any battery or hardware component.
- Does not fix, repair, boost, clean, or scan anything.
You should not rely on MobilePulse as the sole basis for any repair, purchase, warranty, or safety decision. When in doubt, consult the device manufacturer or an authorized service provider.
6. Permissions
MobilePulse asks only for the permissions it needs to read platform signals — see the privacy policy for details, including the Android Location permission that the platform requires for reading Wi-Fi signal information. You may decline any permission; the affected module will show a permission-limited state and the rest of the app will continue to work.
7. No warranty
MobilePulse is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNC Balance and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or device functionality, arising out of or in connection with your use of MobilePulse.
9. Changes to the app or these terms
We may update MobilePulse and these terms from time to time. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app's About screen of the next release. Your continued use of the app after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using MobilePulse at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or stop distribution of the app at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the app shall be brought in the competent courts of Thailand, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
